Very touching experience, a must see if you are in Bosnia. Unfortunately, the guide at the memorial was not available as there was another group the day I went there, but this was beyond the tour operator's control. Our guide Ago was very knowledgeable and passionate about the topic.

One of the darkest chapters of the modern Bosnian history, a lot to process but at the same an essential experience. Our guide Ejub was great and his knowledge about the complex politics of the region made the experience that much more unforgettable.
