Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

5.00This is the most stress free way to transit from Sydney Airport to your hotel in the city. EDI our driver was exceptional. Professional but also very helpful and friendly. He met us at the luggage pick up, took my suitcase and then straight to our minivan waiting outside. Great value considering it was such a stress free arrival at our hotel after a long journey. Highly recommend.

1.00Go Sydney Shuttle - Service was not used due to flight delay and unable to use phone app due to airplane satellite Was down. I Went to our shuttle pick up location and our driver was not there. Another shuttle driver noticed we were looking for our driver and called him. I spoke with our Go Sydney Shuttle driver who said, since we did not show at the destination on time. We could wait at the airport for two additional hours for his return or take an alternate transportation at an additional cost. This wait would be after a fifteen hour flight.. He said, we would not be reimbursed. This was all due to the airline delay in arriving and satellite communication problems. I feel waiting an additional two hours for the driver to return was unacceptable since it was not our fault. The company should make customer service their priority. We used customer friendly alternate transportation to our hotel. This is unlike services Viator offers.

3.00Pick up was great! Excellent communication once we arrived at the airport in Sydney. Not happy about the surcharge on the departure. Advance notice & opportunity to cancel has to be communicated upfront. These are predatory practices that exploit customers for financial gain.

1.00Save yourself the hassle and take a cab or uber. My ride was not waiting and I was contacted with the statement that my flight was late so the shared ride left. My flight was late, but I was outside well before my scheduled time. I was polite as possible explaining that I had been traveling for over 30 hours and needed to get to my hotel. I was told I needed to wait for the next flight to arrive e and get bags which was estimated at one hour longer. I asked if I would get a refund if I made other transfer arrangements. The responses was a hard no, so I took a cab and paid again for an already pre-paid service. When getting to the cab I received another message that I could pay an additional $43 for a private transfer. I declined and said I made alternate travel
