Yoyo, our cheerful tourist guide, brought Asakusa’s Sensoji Temple to life with his warm storytelling and deep knowledge. With an easy smile and lively explanations, he walked us through the temple’s rich history, traditions, and hidden details we would have easily missed. Thanks to Yoyo, the visit felt not just informative but truly memorable—like seeing Sensoji through the eyes of a local friend.

I was unsure if we "needed" this tour as it is an easy place to just go and walk on our own; but I am so glad we did. YoYo and Kato were the kindest tour guides. Yoyo was funny, patient and answered all of our questions (even those not related to our tour). And we learned so much about the shrine and area - we would have never known otherwise.

The adventure offered a view of the history and culture of local populations that was both stimulating, inspiring, and at times great fun. Yosuke had an amazing bank of knowledge and went off script effortlessly to answer questions on many topics. This experience encouraged me to learn more about the Japanese people and their successes and struggles over the centuries.
