1.00TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THIS TIME I DID THE CAFE TOUR, I had previously bought two tours with them and everything ok, but this time, all horrible, I do not recommend this tour because to be able to do it you have to climb the mountain with rocks (because there are no stairs) extremely slippery which, without being exaggerated put your life at risk since a bad step and you can fall slipping from the mountain, offer a souvenir with coffee that obviously charge in the price and that they did not give it but only to a few because they ran out. The positive is the talk they give about coffee, but the experience is terrible, many people were left without going up because it is very inaccessible and they do not tell you at any time, if they have opportunity do not go with them, do not waste your money.

5.00The tours to hacienda Naples were excellent, the agency staff very friendly, always smiling, the trip is a bit long but worth getting there, I really loved the experience in Jurassic adventure, Victoria Falls, Slow river and cobras, very good food and comfortable transport

5.00The tour was good, the comfort, and the attention. It was a fabulous experience we were delighted with the guides, we loved the place and the times, the professional driver. I think it was Oscar the guide. Annex: The badisima breakfast and not to mention the attention of the restaurant El Bohio, minimum we are doing charity. You must not wait for the one who stays. They should not turn off the air after q was told 20000 times by the guide to bring coat.

3.00Rubiert Hidalgo Guillén Recommended... However, they induce tourists to leave things on the bus and then not take responsibility and simply say "A thousand apologies". They believe that because we are tourists we have money to buy the stolen goods. The tours are very good, but they fail in this detail so if you are asked to leave things on the bus, please ignore them because they do not assume any responsibility. In this respect they are not reliable.
