What To Expect
When booking please send us a message with the flight information: Airline Name, Flight Number, Landing Time, Number of passengers and amount of luggage. Before picking you up your driver will contact you via Whatsapp, it is important that if you do not have this application download it and register, because that will establish communication. Also, one day before the transfer service we will contact you to provide you with the pick op instructions.

5.00Ordered a car to pick us up from Guanajuato to take us to the airport and it couldn’t have gone any smoother! Communicated through WhatsApp about all the details. Even though originally I was told our driver would not speak English, when we were picked up, there was another gentleman with our driver who did and made the trip a lot easier. I’m not sure if it was coincidence but regardless it was appreciated. They were timely, polite, and got us to the airport with plenty of time. Would definitely recommend and use again.

5.00My driver was waiting for me - at 10:30 pm! - knew the route well & was a very careful driver. The weather was horrendous - pouring down rain! When we arrived in Guanajuato the entrance to the hotel was very steep - not accessible by car. The driver carted my 25 pound suitcase up the hill to the gate & waited until he was certain I was securely inside. Thank you so much - as an older single female traveler I genuinely appreciate service above & beyond the norm. His definetly was!

1.00Booking was incomplete due to lack of clear instructions and follow up. I got a lot of reminders but none confirmed ETA except for flight info. But our flight was delayed but the driver didn't connect with that info, so the ride was cancelled as a no show. Very disappointing. I won't be using trip advisor again.

5.00If you are looking for transportation from Leon, Guanajuato (BJX) to Guanajuato city or San Miguel, this will be the best deal you will find. I paid $46 USD for a group of 4 people to Guanajuato from BJX (Kia compact car) Other place charge $50 USD per person. Tip, from Guanajuato to San Miguel, instead of paying for very expensive transportation, take a tour from Guanajuato to Dolores Hidalgo and San Miguel for 250 pesos (15 USD) and tell them you want to get off in San Miguel and end it there. This will save you lots of $$. They have authorized tourism kiosks that sell the tour. Otherwise they will charge you about $150 USD for a taxi because it’s over two hours.
