During the tour of approximately 3 hrs. We will discover together the magic, history and local traditions. We will interpret symbols, signs and buildings that tell us about the most important and outstanding events that the city has suffered, such as floods. We will walk through the underground streets and alleys full of history and legends and at the end we will taste a traditional regional drink.
In this tour, travelers will be able to live an experience like a local, such as tasting a delicious handmade snow, they will know the most famous meeting points such as Plaza San Fernando and Plaza San Roque, a favorite place for artists and bohemians. They will visit Baroque-style temples such as El Templo de Belén y de la Compañía, which tell us about miscegenation and Catholic conversion. Finally, we will finish right in front of the majestic Teatro Juárez in the main garden with a beautiful reflection about this beautiful city.

5.00A wonderful tour of Guanajuato’s Historical El Centro by one of the very guides (Frida) that we have had in 54 years of marriage. Her historical and geographical knowledge was impressive, but it was her vivacious wit and friendly demeanor that set her apart from other guides. We truly had a wonderful time as the only clients on the tour.

5.00It is always difficult to choose 1 city tour more than another....I will help you, Mariana is amazing, history is discussed, architecture, economics and much more if however you have questions and are curious! Her English is perfect, she is attentive and has a lot of humor. She will gladly help you if you are looking for recommendations. She devoted 4 hours, and we were not bored for a second. Thank you Mariana, you will remain in our best memories!

5.00Our walking tour of Guanajuato was amazing. Mariana was our guide and she was the best!!! She was super friendly and her English was very good. She shared her extensive knowledge of the history of Guanajuato, the architecture, the culture, everything. She also gave us great tips on where to get good food and coffee, and suggested other places to visit as well. Highly recommend this tour and especially Mariana!

5.00We are so happy to have booked this little journey through Guanajuato with Mariana! It was our first time in the area (we are from PV) - we were pretty sure about what Guanajuato had to offer and knew we would like it, however we are absolutely amazed at the beauty of this city! I just don’t know where to begin or end for that matter. This place is a little (maybe large) slice of heaven. The people, the architecture, the history (once again, thank you for your in-depth knowledge of Guanajuato Mariana), the food, music, squares/parks, bars - I could go on and on. Colours, sounds, smells - sensory delights! I highly recommend visiting and taking this tour - you won’t be disappointed and will love Mariana, she is amazing! While we have a home in Puerto Vallarta, Guanajuato may just be in our future!!!

5.00My husband and I had a short 24 hours to experience all that Guanajuanto had to offer (not nearly enough time to explore). We figured a great way to cover a lot of ground (literally) would be to book a walking tour. Frida exceeded our expectations with her in depth knowledge and friendliness.
