1.00The local agency did not comply with picking us up at our hotel and stood us up, having to have hired another Tour and waiting for the refund for three days the local agency never answered Viator and was the one who made the refund, but it was very annoying and my Gpo was very uncomfortable

4.00I had a great time throughout the tour, I visited several places, I really loved visiting the Mines and the Museum of the Holy Inquisition. Everything was fine except for a delay due to a march but I understand that that is not in your hands.
