  We only booked the transfer portion rather than a full day tour, and were still treated to plenty of interesting info on the way. Very well organized, comfortable transit, lovely stop by La Leona river as well.

  I would be very cautious booking transport with this company. I had transportation booked from Laguna Amarga to El Calafate and was told the transportation would be there at 3pm. I talked with the park rangers at the station and they assured me I was at the right location. At 3pm I asked multiple rangers if they see my transportation and they all told me no. At 3:30pm I didn't see them, so I text them and they said they were there at 3pm and they picked up another passenger. Later in the day another South Road bus came by and the driver called their headquarters and they told him there was transportation there at 3:30pm. Mixed stories. At the end of the day, I was stuck at Laguna Amarga and had to take a bus back to Puerto Natales. I could have caught a bus from Puerto Natales to El Calafate the next day, like they suggested, however, all my hotels, buses, campsites had already been booked and this would cause my itinerary to be off one day. I lost hundreds of dollars and asked the company if they could refund me the money, given my loss. They never responded to me after I requested the refund. I booked through them because of the great reviews, and maybe I was just unlucky, but I would definitely be cautious and have back up plans in place in case you get stranded like I did.

  Reliable transportation to El Chalten if don’t want a big bus or private transfer. You basically tag along with their day trip, but the bonus is you don’t have to make the return on same day. I was picked up and dropped off at my hotel

  VES transport Botched and alive They left us stranded at 6 in the morning to go to the airport After paying round trip We pay for a taxi We asked for what was not used to be returned to us. No, and for good measure. They didn't give us the complaints book either. Look carefully at your papers, They are not trustworthy Take the money and fly is their motto

  Very punctual, in the pick-up from our hotel, but not at Leona, the intermediate stop, where the driver appeared and opened the bus (a transformed truck) much later than the agreed time. Pleased with Luis, the guide.
