Very bad Enterprise management, professional replacement driver

2.00Neither the Enterprise nor the Viator -Trip Advisor platform contacted me before the visit to secure the trip. I did not show up at the agreed time (08:00) at the pickup point. And they didn’t even deign to call, email or WhatsApp, even though they had all the data. Only after several e-mails and an hour later did Viator reply by simply saying that a replacement car would be 1 hour and 15 minutes late at the pickup point. The replacement driver didn't even know where we had to go. He was, however, the positive part: professional and competent. He got her to enjoy it. A 0 for Enterprise and a 10 for Ahmed, the replacement driver.
