We had a brilliant time canoeing on the beautiful Zambezi! We were given delicious food before and after the canoeing, and had a great time observing nature on and around the Zambezi to give a different perspective. Prince and his team always had our safety in mind and are very experienced in navigating the river. This was such a memorable experience that we will never forget - we tell all our friends about!

Fantastic experience! The guides were very helpful. From the semi-safari on the way to the river, to the breakfast and the lunch to the actual canoeing nothing was too much trouble. As a novice at canoeing I was a bit worried but it was great fun. Highly recommend this trip while in Victoria falls. I’m hoping to return and do an overnight canoeing trip.

Our canoeing adventure on the upper Zambezi river was exceptional. We were treated to a fabulous tailgate breakfast while the crew prepared our canoes and taught us safety tips for navigating this wild river and its crocodile/hippo inhabitants. The canoe trip was both calm, filled with bird and wildlife sightings (that Marvin was exceptional at teaching us about) and just thrilling enough to call an African safari, but not so scary that we ever felt in danger. Jerry expertly guided us around large 'regular' crocodiles and islands of territorial hippos. We landed to an impressive lunch that Mike had waiting for us. The return trip to Victoria Falls was itself an exciting traditional safari experience with fun wildlife sightings! This was a trip of a lifetime with some amazing guides.

Our family (2 adults, 3 kids) had a great experience with Victoria Falls canoeing. We worked with Prince, who answered all of our questions beforehand and even accommodated a last-minute date change. He led the expedition, and we felt well-cared for every step of the way. We had a blast on the river! The guides were so much fun! We paddled around, saw a few animals (crocs and hippos, but at a distance). We went through some very light rapids (just enough to give the kids some excitement, but not too crazy to scare the parents). At the end, we were treated to an excellent lunch and we sat around chatting with the guides. It was a great day, and a highlight of our Africa adventure. I definitely recommend Victoria Falls canoeing outfit for this experience.

Unprofessional and disappointing experience! We booked a canoeing activity for August. Shortly after confirming, I was contacted on WhatsApp by a representative named Prince, who asked us to cancel our booking and rebook directly with them due to "payment issues" with TripAdvisor and Viator, claiming this would support their business operations. While we were open to helping, rebooking directly would have meant less favorable conditions for us — including immediate payment and no free cancellation — so we politely declined and chose to keep our original booking. Prince then informed us that, in this case, they could not guarantee our participation in the tour. He explained that if the tour reached full capacity, they would prioritize direct bookings due to “more favorable payment terms.” This is unacceptable. If using third-party platforms causes logistical or financial issues, the business should not advertise there. Suggesting that confirmed bookings may not be honored unless rebooked directly is not only unprofessional, but also undermines customer trust. Fortunately, we discovered this practice in advance and were able to cancel our booking. We can now make alternative plans without the risk of being turned away at the last minute. Very disappointing experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our guided canoe trip on the upper Zambezi was absolutely unforgettable! From start to finish, the crew was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. They pointed out an amazing variety of wildlife—hippos, elephants, impala, monkeys, giraffes, crocodiles, and an incredible array of bird species. We felt completely safe the entire time and so well cared for. The guides were true professionals, creating a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere while maintaining a strong focus on safety. The food was delicious and plentiful, and they made sure we stayed hydrated throughout the day. This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and we couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide us. Highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a truly special adventure on the Zambezi! Tips: wear quick dry shorts, you get a little wet while rowing. Take sunscreen. Wear water shoes or sandals, take warm clothes for the morning ride (they kept our jackets in the truck when we went out on the water), take binoculars if you enjoy birds, the guides are good at spotting them. They provide dry bags if you don’t have one Go and enjoy !!!

My daughter and I had an unforgettable two-day, two-night canoeing adventure on the Zambezi River with Jerry, Prince, and their fantastic team. From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully organized and expertly guided. We were picked up and driven to our starting point in Zambezi National Park, spotting wildlife along the way—a perfect introduction to the adventure ahead. After a thorough safety briefing, we set off on the river. The paddling was relaxed and enjoyable, made even better by the great conversations with our knowledgeable and friendly guides. Along the way, we encountered crocodiles, hippos, and an impressive variety of birds. We paused for lunch on the riverbank before continuing our journey to the campsite. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the rest of the crew and treated to refreshing drinks and a delicious meal. The camp was a good balance of comfort and wilderness—tents with real beds, a proper toilet, and a bush shower. That night, we fell asleep under a canopy of stars, surrounded by the sounds of the African wild. After a hearty breakfast the next morning, we embarked on another memorable day of canoeing. This leg of the trip included a few gentle rapids, adding a touch of excitement before we returned to camp. Throughout the entire journey, the team was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. The equipment was well-maintained, and every detail was taken care of. It was truly enjoyable experience that we’ll cherish—and one we recommend to anyone seeking an authentic and unforgettable adventure.

We had a brilliant day canoeing on the mighty Zambezi with Prince and his colleagues. They picked us up bright and early and we drove into Zambezi National Park for around 90 mins. When we reached the launch site, they served us with breakfast as they got the crafts ready. We canoed for around 2 hours and saw crocodiles, hippo and lots of different birds including fish eagles, African bee eaters, lots of kingfishers and many more. We negotiated a couple of grade 1 rapids before returning to the bank for lunch. There was a small break mid way to stretch legs. The crew were professional and the kit was well maintained. It's quite an experience and one I'd certainly recommend. Thanks again Prince.
