Great tour, very experienced and passionate guide, entry was guaranteed and we get skip the line! We went during new years so apparently people were waiting up to 3 hours if you went on the day, but we went thru within maybe 15mins. They take you thru a detailed tour of the beautiful Vatican museum, giving detailed explanations of everything and the the stunning Sistine chapel. Well worth the trip!

The instructions gave me a meeting place as if I would locate an actual person. Instead I waited allot of time when all I had to do was take my ticket, scan it according to the correct passageway and into the Vatican with ease. Clearer instructions would help.

Did not notify or disclose of early closure of the Sistine Chapel on the listing when purchasing the tickets - and the whole reason we bought the tickets was to see the Sistine Chapel but didn’t even get to see it - VERY disappointing and complete waste of time and money.

Avoid 5:30 p.m. tickets. There's no time to visit the whole thing. Do not hesitate to ask treasure precisely the way to see the chapel. The indication given "at the end of the museum" is not clear at all. We couldn't do it. Very disappointed.

On a very turbulent end of year with tourists in the city, the fast pass to the Vatican Museum was essential, efficient and organized, despite being expensive.

It was a nice experience. It was really busy, but that's normal. I'd take a paper plan with me.

It was horrible! Our tour suppose to start at 8 am, but we were informed that the guide couldn't come in due to sickness at 8:20 am. We were charged for a guided tour but no guide was available. They couldn't give us any refund at that moment. We were all frustrated, and the original tour was delayed and totally different from the original description.

Our purchase via TripAdvisor made our visit easier (physical agency, basic explanations and support for the passage of the portals by an employee were reassuring)

Well organized and reliable, plenty of time to take in the cultural treasures in peace. You will be guided past the seemingly endless queues directly into the Vatican Museums and off you go. Debbie is super friendly and competent....so absolute recommendation :0)
