4.00Viator did not provide the meet-up information to get the ticket. The confirmation email said to click for voucher, which only took me to a page that said to look at the email to click for voucher. Going through the Bookings tab and the text for the same caused an endless download, which resulted in my arriving late, because I kept trying over and over and over again to get the voucher. Apparently, the voucher indicated where to go to get the actual ticket: across the street and half a block away. Thankfully, a man from the agency called me for my anticipated time. After, through WhatsApp, I told him I still didn't know the meeting point because the voucher would not download. He sent me a map + a video for finding "Meeting Point 1." He then did a video call to talk me through finding the point. Infinitely more helpful than Viator, which gave ZERO information. If there was no intention to ever provide a voucher, don't mention it. All you had to do was put "go to Meeting Point 1" on the reminder email, with a map. I've had other experiences with Viator with no problem. This one was beyond disappointing. But once, thanks to the tour company, I had a ticket, the experience was great.

5.00Be prepared to do a lot of walking. It’s definitely worth it. The tour lead showed us how to navigate the hectic entrance. Would have been harder without him.

5.00We arrived a little bit earlier and couldn’t find the girls but they arrived on the appointed time and everything was very smooth. They were really helpful and even helped us cut the 10 min line since we were with our baby. It was a bit more expensive than getting the tickets by ourselves but it was the only way to get them. We chose the option of only tickets (no tour) and it was the best for our situation with a kid. If you can’t find tickets on the official website, buy them here. Wont regret!

3.00Easy to meet rep from company, nice guy, but it was chaotic outside the Vatican and for what we paid to “skip the line” it would’ve actually been quicker to go the normal ticket route which is half the price.
