4.00Skipping the line was great. My email said I had bought a ticket with an audio guide but when I collected my printed version outside the Vatican and then directed where to go with and present it at the turntables I went to collect my audio guide to see it was not mentioned on the ticket. At this stage there was no point in returning to the person who gave us the ticket.

1.00Guides were very rude after we got delayed getting there due to people backed up to see the pope. A little courtesy could’ve gone a long way. Instead of being promised a quick entry we were put back in the line where people were paying cash and we’re delayed hours getting into the entrance. I recommend others use a different company. The culture in this company is terruble. A really bad experience.

5.00We prefer a free-and-easy visit rather than being guided through the vast Vatican on an intense historical tour. However, the pre-start briefing could be improved by including a simple instruction sheet to guide guests through the steps and direct them clearly to the entrance. At present, visitors need to do a bit of figuring out on their own to understand the starting sequence.
