Vatican museum wonderful, audio tour taken via the operator City Wonders was particularly poor with little or no detail given about the museum artifacts or historical content

This tour was good to just get tickets into the vatican. The meet up instructions were easy and the people were very nice and helpful. However once inside the vatican the audio guide was very hard to follow and it took us a while to figure it out. Overall it was fine and I’m glad we were able to enter and skip the long line, but wish the audio guide was better.

The Sistine Chapel was not included in the tour while the operator didn't announce it during the booking process. The conclave had ended a day before so they left us under the impression that the Sistine could be open. It was a terrible disappointment to find it still closed and they refused to refund us.
