5.00Clear instructions on where to pick up tickets. Met by very friendly, informative staff. The audio guide wasn't the most user friendly and it took me a while to work out where we were and what to press but it was informative and interesting. It was also in a British accent which was much appreciated!

2.00Unfortunately I cannot give this more stars. Viator informed me to be in front of the basilica. I Was there early. Start time had passed and no one was there. I called 3x to let the city wonder team know I was given the wrong information. All 3x the people on the phone were extremely rude to me saying they did give me the right information and informed me I had to go to another point. I then had to run to the starting point which was 15 minutes away from where I was told to go. Once there the team saw that I was indeed given the wrong information and got me in immediately. Still shouldn’t be panicking on vacation when I was there early.

4.00The experience was positive and we had no problems with the organization. Personally I would suggest to prefer the visit with a guide and not with the app that remains undescriptive. I would recommend avoiding weekends at the same time as the bridges for the large influx

5.00Convenient ticket to enter here quickly! Pick up was easy! Inside you will find plenty of pomp and circumstance! Watch out, it's crowded everywhere - so bring a good bag with patience, and comfortable shoes because you're going for a walk!

4.00You do not get tickets upon purchase. We found this out the hard way by showing up at the venue with the “ticket” that was emailed to be turned away and told it was a voucher from a third party vendor. We’d need to contact them for the actual tickets. We only had 15 minutes to find them, pick the actual tickets, and get back in line to enter the coliseum. It was a hunt for a needle in a haystack to find the location to pick up the tickets because “Viator” is comprised of multiple third party vendors. We barely made it in. You’re better off buying direct from the location you want to see than being jerked around.
Heat a better price direct through the Museum.
