1.00That Viator does not do what they say, we had to pay for another tour because they booked my tour in Spanish. We requested a refund, and your company refused saying that we didnt specify English. My question is why are you sending this to me in English.

1.00Aweful …….when presenting my tickets from Golden Travel at Vatican ticket counter was informed that I was put in a Spanish speaking group? Poor, poor and we had to wait inline for Vatican and Basilica….. lousy experience. So very disappointed…don’t use them

5.00Best way to go....... We thought we could just wait on the line and get into the Vatican Museum. Boy we would have been mistaken. The line looked like we never would have made it in that day, and I'm sure we wouldn't have. We went to the place to pick up our tickets and went on the tour line. It was a very short wait and boom.... We were in. It was kind of nice not to be tide down with a tour guide. We were able to move at our own pace. Purchased the informational head set for 8 Euro and off we went. Great day. Highly recommend
