5.00This was the best skip the line experience I have had. Not only did they know me by name when I walked in the office to pickup the ticket, I was also escorted part of the way to the entrance and given very clear instructions how to get in the museum. Within 10 minutes of arriving at the ticket pick up I was in the Museum. Absolutely worth it, and much appreciated given the long lines I saw.
Excellent guide. Virginia was lively passionate and well informed.And she kept the whole group well engaged

5.00Bought tickets to see The Vatican Museum and The Sistene Chapel. These tickets were skip the line ones which we booked last minute. This trip is a must and definitely worth paying more for skip the line tickets. Viator were very organised and gave us good directions before our entry time.

5.00We took a train to Rome for the day and unfortunately our train was significantly delayed, however the company was extremely accommodating. They got us new tickets at no additional costs, and were super friendly about it. The self guided tour was well worth it. I'd definitely recommend this especially for people wanting to do things at their own pace.
