1.00I agree with the previous person who wrote a negative review on this your operator. I booked this gl booking months ago with a prearrangement for hotel pickup. This company never picked us up from our hotel or communicated with us in any form regarding this booking.

1.00Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! This Tour Operator (Southern Dynasty Safaris) ruined our vacation by failing to show up at our pre-arranged Pickup Time and Location. We waited and waited and waited - they were a complete NO SHOW. They didn’t try reaching out to us by Phone/Text/Email saying they weren’t coming. And, calls to their local Phone # were never answered. We are seeking a FULL REFUND of $360 from Viator. This was a complete BUST! So, disappointing.
