The experience is nothing but a bus service from Antigua to Chichicastenango! There is no explanation about the city, what to visit and how to do it! We are simply taken there and left for 4 hours. Honestly it is much cheaper to take a public bus, as the 15-seater van is not comfortable!

The company did not confirm the hotel and went to the wrong one. They did not refund me calling it a no show. Customer service with trip advisor did their best, it was the travel company that is my problem.
