Our guide, David, made the experience even better than I imagined! He was very clear on on any instructions and information he provided, not to mention kind and cheerful! The tour was great, very organized but still flexible, allowing those who picked the gondola ticket to upgrade it for the ski ticket the day of, if they wanted. David even went beyond suggestions of cafes and restaurants during the tour, and provided us with a long list of different restaurants in Seoul, personally aproved by him!

First time seeing or being in snow! Daughter learned very quickly and was off down the hill and into second slope after a quick lesson! Proud mama moment there! Nami island visit was stunning! Got to make snow angels at last! A few issues with times but hell - fantastic day all round! We will be back at the end of the year for more!

The guide Sun leads you to skiing in Nanjing Island and the Dami Vivaldi resort. Nanjing Island is beautiful, you can take many beautiful photos. Before going to skiing, ski clothes will be picked up, equipment will be picked up at the ski resort, and coach training will be given to the group, and they will speak Chinese and English.

Guides are friendly, both departure and gathering time are very timely, the stay in Nanjing Island is shorter than quick, and the time for skiing is better, but unfortunately there are a little more people who ski, and the row for the cable car is longer, and overall is very satisfied.

Minus the time constraints, the tour went really well because of the help of our tour guides and driver. We were lucky to have 3 guides, Jenny, Finn and Cindy, during our tour. They were always wearing their vibrant smiles, and were helpful, approachable and managed to give us ski lessons albeit the very limited time. While we still appreciate Nami Island, December 1 (or at the middle of the shifting of one season to another) is not the best time to go there as it's already too late for autumn foliage but too early for winter snow. But I'm happy that my friends, who were first time travelers abroad, appreciated the place. One of my friends even flown her drone there. The best time to go to Nami is during the peak of either spring, autumn or winter. Moreover, although the ski gears were very heavy, I think we could've managed to ski more had we arrived earlier according to the original schedule. But i guess some things are out of the organizers' hands as well. As such, we understand that our time at the ski resort was really limited. The tour company could probably improve more on the time management, especially on tours with multiple destinations. Notwithstanding the shortcomings, kudos to Jenny, Finn, Cindy and ahjussi driver for a job well done. ^^
