We made tea with Joe and candy, we had a great time, the warmest of the tea and room provided a much needed reprieve from Tokyo winter

If you want to learn about Japanese tea ceremony this is the perfect place. You get a small educational lesson before getting started. You make a yummy sweet treat, then learn about making the tea. I would do this again. The staff was amazing with explaining things and so patient with us.

I went to the tea ceremony and made the wagashi at the BUB Activity Center and it was so cool! The sensei is good and educated in a relaxed way, so not nervous at all. I also used to wear a kimono, feeling the Japanese vibe, really calm and zen. Perfect for those who want to try tea ceremonies without feeling too formal or ribbed. It is also very friendly for families and children, there are many other activities options as well. If you're on vacation in Japan and want to try something different, you should come here! I know English too ☺️
