1.00The guide didn’t turn up. No warning, no response to phone call, voicemail, or messages through the Viator app. Still nothing 24 hours later, not even an explanation or apology. Shocking service, shouldn’t be allowed on the Viator platform. To be fair, Viator was very quick responding to the complaint, and immediately processed a refund.

1.00We booked the activity and received a confirmation of the booking including an email when we were billed. We arrived at the meeting point 10 minutes early and waited until 30 minutes after the meet time. We called Trip Advisor and got no response. Another tour operator, not associated with this tour, knew the tour operator for our booking and called them directly for us. What they found was that the tour operator for our booking had not been notified by Trip Advisor of the booking. Needless to say, we did not get to experience the Walking Tour with Hot Chocolate and Chocolate Tasting tour. Also, this was even more frustrating since it was the second tour in two days where Trip Advisor had not notified the tour operator of the booking. We will not likely use Trip Advisor again. Note: This negative review is against Trip Advisor not the local tour operator.

1.00I had booked a chocolate tour in Bruges. Unfortunately, nobody showed up at the agreed date and meeting point except me. I waited 40 min. and tried to reach the provider by email and phone. Unfortunately in vain. Now I am waiting for a reply or apology from the organizer and the reimbursement of my costs. Latin Tours Bruges unfortunately not recommended. First the price of an already booked tour was increased and the old tour was cancelled and the new booked tour was also a bust.

1.00We booked the activity chocolate tasting and received a confirmation from the organizer. We stood and waited at the agreed place. We were in good time, but no guide showed up. We wrote and explained that we were waiting for them. After just over 15 minutes we walked. Hopefully we'll get our money back.

1.00Stay away. My husband and I have one day in Brugge. This tour was happy to collect our money but stood us up. We messaged them repeatedly on the Viator app and by text and phone call without an answer. This needs to be removed from the Viator website. Hoping for our money back but we can’t get the time back. Avoid this one as Brugge is so beautiful. Don't waste your time like we did.

5.00Fantastic tour and excellent value for money. Maria our guide was so knowledgeable and gave us lots of ideas and tips for the rest of our stay in Bruges. The chocolate tasting was an added bonus. Maria was a brilliant guide and we thoroughly enjoyed her company. She was warm and friendly and we would highly recommend this tour.
