Eric was wonderful guide. I enjoyed it. The only thing I wish would have known is that we didn’t get dropped off in the same place we were picked up. The night time tour is ok and I chose it because it was hot during the day. But if I had it to do over I would choose a daytime tour. Overall good experience

It was downpouring and I was called about 20 minutes before our tour by Lawrence, and was told that we'd get soaked, wouldn't be able to see anything, and that we should just reschedule. Called to reschedule and was told no. I explained that I was contacted and told to reschedule. He said he needed to talk to the guy who called me, and would call back right after - he did not. The driver called me 30 minutes later and said he was told he were still coming. I again said we didn't have extra clothes to change into as we are only in town a short while. Lawrence said he'd call me back - and he didn't. Poor customer service does not cover it.

Even in the pouring rain that started half way through our tour, our guide, Paul, was amazing and we loved the entire experience. Professional, timely, and delivers what you expect.
