What To Expect

Bannerughatta Biological Park

Get ready for an unforgettable safari adventure at Bannerghatta National Park! Upon arrival, your knowledgeable jeep driver will accompany you and take you on a safari adventure in our comfortable, closed jeeps, allowing you to connect with animals that roam freely within their large enclosures, providing a truly authentic safari experience. The safari typically lasts around 50-60 minutes, and you'll have a great chance to spot amazing animals like elephants, deer, blackbucks, bears, lions, tigers, and leopards. Keep your camera ready – often, the animals, especially the playful bears, come right up to the jeep! After your safari, you'll have the option to explore the park's unique Butterfly Park. This dome-shaped park is home to hundreds of butterfly species, fluttering all around you as you stroll through. It's a truly magical experience! When you're ready to return, your private cab will be waiting to take you back to your original pickup location.

we had an unforgettable tour experience with manjunath! our early time slot got us to the zoo early, allowing us to experience some of the park somewhat privately, which was really nice. we had an amazing safari driver, who went above and beyond to help capture some insane shots of the wildlife. manjunath and the tour company were also incredibly generous and flexible to allow us to stay longer at the park to experience the rest of the zoo after the safari!

It was not a true safari; it is seeing animals in captivity. We saw tigers, lions, deer and elephants. The animas are cordoned off in separate area and you drive through those areas. The animals do not hunt, they are fed. The drive was about an hour through the park. We enjoyed butterfly garden. The admission fee was ok for what we did. We felt the safari driver seemed to be in a rush. The park was not crowded. I think it is great for children to see these laege animals.

Amazing experience with both the driver, manhunts (from home to park and back) as well as the safari driver, sagar. They went above and beyond to accommodate early entry to the butterfly park, waited for the leopards to be let out so we could see them up close, and overall just made it an unforgettable and personalized experience for the kiddo! Absolutely recommend this tour operator and specifically the drivers for both the car and the safari.

The tour was great fun. The guide was terrific and new exactly where to go to see the animals. The butterfly preserve was great many beautiful butterflies. One of the care takers showed us some caterpillars and larval stages. Very fascinating. Highly recommend it.

Our driver was punctual and guided us through the zoo, including the safari experience! Our jeep driver was friendly and helped us snap some really wonderful photos of the animals in their open air enclosure. This made for a wonderful little breather out of the city, and left us with plenty of time in the afternoon and evening for other activities. Would also be a fun outing with kids!

We had a splendid time on our trip to the Biological Zoo Park! Our driver and guide Manjunath was punctual, personable, and welcoming, driving us through busy Bangalore to enjoy a beautiful Zoo. The butterfly exhibit was peaceful in our morning slot and the safari experience was comprehensive but clipped along! We had a wonderful time, would totally recommend!
Best day out on Safari in India, you get up close and personal with the White Bengle Tiger.

We had a private air conditioned Jeep, the driver new exactly the best spots to stop for the best photos, if the animals were on his side of the Jeep he would take the pics for us, he was very lovely and we could understand most of his English, which made it easer. When we were finished instead of dropping us back at the start he took us to the Butterfly park since he new we had not seen it yet. All the animals look very healthy and happy in the safari. It was a great day out and I highly recommend you go, you can even stay overnight in a bungalow in the safari.

The trip was fantastic. It was everything my daughter wanted to see, from Elephants to Lions, Bison to Bengal Tigers, Vivek was a superb guide and a font of interesting knowledge. Great experience!! Would definitely recommend anyone to go. The only suggestion I have is if you are prone to motion sickness take something before you go.

Our guide Vivek was a wonderful, totally engaging, knowledgeable , patient & humble young man. It was a pleasure for us to meet him and share the experience of all the wildlife up close on our safari as well as our walk around the zoo and butterfly house. Our driver was punctual and good. It is an amazing experience so go as early in the morning as you can when animals are bright & playful. We had a little incident - nothing to do with the animals and the company and our guide responded promptly when we contacted them which was appreciated.
