This tour was absolutely amazing! Damo our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that everyone on the tour was involved and having a good time. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone wanting to experience nature and animals while in Australia. The tour is great for any traveler type but especially if you’re solo traveling and looking to meet people during your trip. Everything was seamless from picking to drop off. Even though it started to rain midway through the day it was still my most favorite activity I had during my trip. I would rate it 6 stars if I could, absolutely worthwhile!

A wonderful trip. Damon took us to a couple of interesting viewpoints along the way on what could otherwise have been quite a dull journey into the national park. The included meal stop was good, and there was plenty of water and a range of snacks provided on the minibus. When we arrived at our destination, it was amazing - more wild wombats and kangaroos than we could ever have wished for, as well as a red-necked wallaby, a roo with a joey in the pouch, galahs, a kookaburra and a huge flock of cockatoos. The animals seemed unperturbed by our presence, and we were able to get really close, especially to the gorgeous wombats, as it gradually got dark. Sadly, it was too cloudy for the star-gazing to take place, but it was still a fantastic encounter with iconic Aussie wildlife, and well worth the money.

Dave was a very thoughtful, entertaining, and considerate tour guide. He made the trip very smooth and enjoyable throughout the whole tour. His mixture of humor and genuinely interesting insight is a breath of fresh air, especially for such long tours. Additionally, after the tour was over, he took everyone to their hotels individually. He did not need to do this, but he did so anyway, which is very nice.

Dave did an amazing job pointing out important points along our tour. We had yummy snacks and non-alcoholic drinks throughout. Sue and I enjoyed learning about the Australian animals/birds we encountered throughout the tour (e.g. platypus, emus, wallabies, flying foxes (bats) and echidnas). The highlights of our tour was seeing and interacting with the wombats and kangaroos in the wild!! Dave made sure we were able to get once-in-a-lifetime pics with these adorable creatures!

It truly was a perfect day! Dave was fantastic, and he had a great sense of humor! We had several stops, and most of those stops had restrooms. We saw may animas native to Australia.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL tour, one of the best I have been on anywhere in the world. Dave was a fantastic guide and is passionate about animals. Not only did we see a few killer waterfalls but saw an amazing collection of truly WILD animals. The pictures from this trip are 100% authentic and are insane memories. Never imagined I would see this many animals in the wild in one day and get this close. Great food through the day including a bevy of Australian snacks, Dave was always there to take great shots of our family. Just 20 people on a modern shuttle bus with WiFi and excellent tunes playing. Great value, HIGHLY recommend.

Had a fantastic time with Dave. He’s super knowledgeable and hilarious, you can tell he really loves what he does. Was a fantastic day and would recommend to anyone in town. We saw so many wombats! We even did a pit stop for some bats.

The tour guide was super personable and knew the domains that he was touring very well. So much so he was able to get you super close to the wombats and knew exactly where you would find Kangaroos and Wallabies. He took awesome photos of us all, and was very tentative to everyone’s needs that was on the tour. We had a non English speaking companion and the tour guide spent the time to translate the facts he was telling others for them so they could understand the context better. I was a solo traveler and felt that the guide helped provide a great space for the group to warm up to each other as well. As the group pretty quickly started conversing with each other, thus making a solo trip not so isolating. The various stops prior to the primary spot where the wombats would be, were gorgeous and scenic. Well worth the extra effort.

Damon was an excellent tour guide. He had all the bases covered from arriving on time, to providing snacks, drinks, jackets, umbrellas, and even portable chargers for anyone on the tour.
