A one-hour flight with pilots navigating wind layers to select the perfect landing spot. Complete experience lasting 4 to 5 hours in the Yarra Valley, plus transport time from Melbourne.
Return to Rochford Wines for a well-deserved breakfast.

• This is our meeting point in the Yarra Valley, where you will check in and meet your pilots and crew, together with the rest of the passengers • From here, we will drive you in our vehicles to the chosen launch site for the morning

5.00Awesome experience flying with Bryan. The experience was evident with the preparedness, the caveats, the punctuality and the discipline. The 101 training was brief, unambiguous and very apt for quick grasp. Bryan was conversant throughout the trip and very open to questions unless he's onto something important. Would highly recommend choosing days where weather plays nice and the previous night is light. Ended up with Wonderful memories, awesome clicks and a bucket list ticked off. Caution - every word of the advice has merits - shoes, trousers, hats, warm clothing (yes even in summer).

5.00Very slick operation! It run on time, all was explained along the way, we got to see how the balloon got inflated and attached to the basket as well as the dismantling at the end. The flight was amazing, about 1 hour long. Great guides/operators and certainly a once in a lifetime experience. Melbourne is the largest city in the world where a balloon flights over!

Jump in & help with the set up & pack up. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise & if you’e lucky you will see Kangaroos & maybe a Proposal. Our pilot, Brian, was exceptional—his calm assurance and depth of expertise made us feel completely at ease throughout the flight. His light-hearted humour and well-timed jokes added an unexpected charm, elevating the entire experience. The breakfast at Rochford was a perfect finale to the morning, offering a relaxed and elegant setting that complemented the adventure beautifully. I would wholeheartedly recommend this experience, particularly as a distinctive and memorable date idea. Truly worth every moment.

5.00What a time! My partner and I took a balloon ride on a beautiful calm saturday morning, we had very nice wind conditions with a smooth perfect landing. We had a full basket, everyone was very engaged in the hour long experience. Brian, Darti, Benny and Collin are fantastic staff. They explained everything clearly and our group had the balloon packed up asap! A great activity for a couple or friends and family, I can highly recommend Liberty Ballooning 🍻

5.00Can’t explain the experience of floating around in a balloon. Amazing . All the people involved from staff to customers were excellent. Not as scary as it would seem , clam and relaxing. Recommend anyone to do it
