Overall, it was a great tour, my tour guide was Minnie, she is wonderful tour guide, very friendly and informative! I've done a day tour due to my knee, and there were not many ppl around, no crowds and very quiet. Minnie helped making pictures and they turned out very good! On the way to the waterfall, we were assigned another guide (necessary for the waterfall area). He was very skilled at taking pictures and videos. The only negative point is, the Jeep driver made videos for his own usage without asking for consent. I was told by the tour guide that he is doing a TikTok livestream, apparently he has his own TikTok channel... In Europe it's a no-go and totally off-putting, but seems to be common here in SE Asia. So consider that you might end up live on TikTok, when booking this tour... I would've really preferred, if the guides asked me if I agree to using photos or videos of me for their own purpose (the answer is no)...

Great views and nice hike up to volcano. Our guide picked us up from the cruise port and took us to Bromo. It was a long drive but worth it. We drove most of the way in a comfortable sedan and then had to transfer to a Jeep to get up the hilly mountain road. We drove on the sea of sand and then up an opposite mountain for fantastic views of Bromo and the other close-by volcanoes. We managed to get some great pictures before heading over to Bromo. We had to walk some distance across the Sea of Sand and then up to the volcano. The final leg of the hike included 243 steps. Our guide took great care to get us back to the cruise port on time.

The hike to the top of Mt Bromo is a challenge. The view is spectacular. Take a mask with you to help remove the sulfur from the air.

It’s very beautiful at Mt BROMO but should be care about dust wind time to time weather there it’s hot prepare enough water to avoid dehydration.

Very nice and beautiful tour! Layla is a very kind tour-guide who knows the area. She made it very comfortable. We started at 23:30 heading to the Mt. Bromo for sunrise and after that we drove to the Madakaripura. We were the first one at the waterfall, which was very magic. All in all it's very beautiful and a nice trip and we can definitely recommend Layla as a guide. But you shouldn't miss that its also very touristic. You're surrounded by hundreds of other people ;)
