The trails of the Finca Lantana are a special place to see different species of frogs, snakes and insects, and other animals such as sloth, ocelot, tarantula and armadillo, as well as a variety of plants, the majestic strangler fig, and many more.You will be accompanied by an experienced guide who will provide you with a flashlight and begin the magic of the forest. Although we cannot guarantee that you will see a particular species because we are a biological corridor where fauna is observed in its natural state, we guarantee you an experience that you will not forget

5.00We made the walk in English with Kevin who took the opportunity to improve his French, and we our Spanish. It was raining and windy, but we were well equipped and with Kevin as our guide we took full advantage! Thanks to him we were able to see a tarantula, a snake, a monkey, scorpions, a frog, a sloth... and 11 toucans! It had never happened to him to see so many. It's a sign they're too cold so our joy at seeing them is measured. Kevin has his eye for sure, he is generous with explanations and attentive with his customers. Thank you again.

5.00We had an amazing night tour at Finca Lantana. Kevin our guide located sloths, sleeping toucans , tree creepers , hummingbirds, howler monkeys, bird eating spiders, scorpions, kincanjou, oueli (unsure of spelling). Kevin took photos of the spots for you thru' his scope. A fun and informative night with a knowledgeable and professional guide Kevin. Would highly recommend.

5.00We had a great night tour at Finca Lantana. Kevin our guide was absolutely excellent. He found sloths, howler monkeys , bird eating spiders, scorpions, sleeping toucans , tree creepers, hummingbirds, kincajou and an Oliua (not sure of spelling). Kevin knew his stuff and took pics for you thru' his scope. A good fun knowledgeable guy for a unmissable evening.

5.00Kevin was excellent! We did the night tour with our 3 kids (ages 16, 12 and 6) and they all rated the tour as their favorite activity in Costa Rica. Great pace and we saw lots of birds, insects, frogs and even a sloth.

5.00Our night tour with Kevin was everything we wanted! We were a late addition because another, more commercial, tour fell through, and we were so glad it did! Kevin was personable, fun, funny, and very patient. He was also very knowledgeable and had an obvious love for the plants and animals in the reserve where we were hiking. He took great pics for us through his scope, too! If you want to tour the cloud forest, book Kevin!
