1.001:46PM—Make booking for 3PM. Unavailable time slots are greyed out. Organise elderly parents to meet us there. 1:56PM—Get told 3PM isn’t available and to come at 4PM. 2:47PM—Get told they’re too full and they cannot do it at all. No explanation whatsoever for why so unprofessional. Why they took the booking if they didn’t have capacity. 2:55PM—Tell me they didn’t take my money when I asked for a refund for the money I paid. Then changed their mind and said they would give refund but not until that evening. 3:07PM—Call me and say they now have room. No way I am getting on a horse with such a dodgy pathetic company. As of now, still no refund in account, but monitoring every second.
