There’s time for photos in the snow before heading back towards Queenstown past hidden alpine lakes and the rich gold mining history of Skippers Canyon.

This was one of our best experiences in New Zealand. Being able to see Lord of the Rings filming locations from above was very appealing to me, and the views from the landing spots were incredible. Our pilot was friendly, helpful, and definitely helped make it an overall wonderful ride
