A particular feature of Amboseli is that you will come across huge herds of elephants as they stroll through the grasslands with Mt. Kilimanjaro's snow-capped peak in the backdrop. Among the Big 5 and other wildlife such as Masai giraffes, a variety of antelopes, gazelles, spotted and striped hyenas, cheetahs, and lesser kudus. Tsavo National Park East
This day will be spent exploring the untamed beauty of Tsavo east. Tsavo East, a vast realm of untamed beauty, presents a game-drive experience like no other. As your vehicle traverses the expansive arid savannah, you're greeted by the signature reddish-brown elephants, having taken on the hue of the park's distinctive red soil after their dust baths. The Galana River, meandering across this parched landscape, offers an oasis for diverse wildlife. Here, crocodiles sunbathe on the riverbanks, while hippos wallow in the cooling waters. The park's open terrains provide unmatched opportunities to spot the shadowy forms of lions stalking their prey or the elegant stride of cheetahs in pursuit of gazelles. The doum palms along the riverbanks and the Yatta Plateau on the horizon frame the wildlife spectacle beautifully, making a game drive in Tsavo East a raw and mesmerizing dance of nature.

This is indeed a trip not to be missed! Our driver (Felix) & our Guide Kelvin were not only very knowledgeable about where to see the best animals, but also took into account our love of the birds as well. Both of them knew the names of everything we saw, We were also given the interesting facts about them too. These two kind and caring men, had one aim & that was to make sure we saw the best of their Beloved Africa & share their love for their wildlife. Its their business & their passion. Your happiness & comfort is their aim We wanted to see the Elephants crossing in front of Mount Kilimanjaro, giraffes, as well as as many colourful birds as possible. We saw hundreds of elephants, as well as the Buffalo, Lions, Leopard, Hyena, Hippo, Giraffe, Warthog, Wildebeest Rhino, Zebra, Crocodile, Baboons & Monkeys, and so many species of Deer. We saw many species of the birds too, far too many to mention, but a must to see as they are so beautiful! We were overwhelmed with the wealth of wildlife that came so close to the vehicle. We could use our phones!!! Our accommodation was always amazing, with fabulous choices of food. Nothing is too much trouble & the staff are always so welcoming. A few facts for travellers: There are plenty of comfort stops in proper flushing, clean toilets. the vehicle has charging points as well as Wifi! We were supplied with lots of fresh bottled water The safari vehicles all have elevating roofs for photos, or just watching. No real need for binoculars!!! Accommodation has a laundry service Fans are supplied if needed too, although mornings & evenings are cool Don't miss this trip! It must be one of the best on offer!
