We are a family of four, and she made the experience enjoyable and engaging for all of us. Katerina was warm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She brought the history and culture of Crete to life with stories and insights that were both fascinating and easy to follow. Our day included a visit to a beautiful monastery, a relaxing few hours on a stunning beach, and time exploring the charming old town of Chania. Everything was thoughtfully planned, and we never felt rushed. It was a perfect balance of culture, nature, and leisure. Katerina made the day feel personal and special — we truly felt like we were seeing the heart of Crete through the eyes of a local. 5.00Elena was awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly, my mom walks with a cane and my party of 5 didn’t feel rush, she walks to our pace. The walking in the little downtown shopping has a lot of history and they did a good job combining old and new construction. Monastery was beautiful and you can buy wine and snacks as baklava. Beach was crowded but we could find a place for our towels. We didn’t have time to eat as takes time to order, just do it with some time in advance. Van was comfortable with a/c. Overall Elena did a good job explaining the history of the city.
