What To Expect
At the T2 Domestic Terminal , please check-in at the Exemplar Transfer desk, immediately on your left as you enter the Arrivals Baggage hall., before collecting your luggage. After check-in you will receive instructions regarding where to meet your driver and coach. .At Cairns International T1, please meet your driver in the Arrivals hall, after you exit Customs. The meeting point is the Exemplar desk, found opposite the Customs exit.

1.00When we got to Cairns airport, no one was there to collect us. Viator hadn’t communicated with the transfer company, so after some ringing around we eventually got our transfer. Just deal direct with transfer companies and no agent.

5.00We were picked up on time in Port Douglas travelling to Cairns. Wayne was an excellent driver, with a good sense of humour but the best was his ability to share information on places of interest and local history. It made the long journey go quickly. He was also reassuring and checked on local driving issues when the traffic was slow.

3.00The trip itself was fine. The driver was pleasant and helpful. However there eas an unnecessary delay of 49 minutes while we waited for the coach and then waited for other oassengers who appeared to have been given confusing details if where to meet the coach.
