My friends and I had an awesome time and Chase was very informative about the sledding sport and the dog training. He explained the dog’s diet and the placement of the dogs. Highly recommend!!

Everyone was awesome! Chase was or guide taking us on trails and showing us the dogs and telling us the stories behind them and their names. It was very comfortable and such a fun experience! The sky did clear and we got to see a little bit of the Aurora which was really neat! Would love to do it again!!

We were met by Chase as he drove up in his dogsled being pulled by 8 beautiful sled dogs. After our meeting and introduction in the Yert and putting on appropiate sledding clothes, we then met the dogs and got settled into the sled. While we were hoping to also view the Aurora Borealis that night, it was too cloudy, but instead there was a full moon which lighted the forest as we "mushed" through and what a magical trip it turned out to be!

We had a great time with Chase as our guide. It was really fun to meet the dogs and hear about how the dogs train and live. Hot tip: we took the mush in October and it was in the 20s. Not too cold! We were totally warm except our faces when the dogs were running. I would make sure it include a balaclava or scarf for your face once you get going! Excellent trip! Kids loved it! Definitely recommend.

When my partner and I decided to elope in Fairbanks, Alaska, we started searching for the perfect location for our ceremony and Last Frontier Mushing Co-Op DID NOT DISAPPOINT! We cannot recommend this experience or the Last Frontier enough. Amanda and her team were sensational from start to finish. The communication with Amanda prior to our arrival meant nothing was left to chance! The yurt was set up beautifully and provided the most intimate setting for our vows. Following the vows, we set off chasing the aroura by dog sled! Amanda and her team were incredible with their dogs, super knowledgeable and everyone in our group (including our 10 year old son) felt the night was an absolute highlight on what was an adventure packed few days. Thank you to Amanda and her team for making our special night absolutely magical. Shout out and special thanks must go to Amanda for helping dig the Aussies out of thigh deep snow when our car was unceremoniously stuck in the snow!

Felt like the most authentic experience of dog sledding. Definitely will be coming back again! The yurt was an awesome warming shelter with delicious treats. Chris and Chase were awesome guides with lots of info and cool facts.

My adventure elopement couple wanted to elope in Alaska and include aurora chasing and dogsledding - we couldn't have had a better time than we did with Last Frontier. Their dogs that joined us inside the heated yurt were the sweetest - and then they helped lead us into the night to chase the aurora! Amanda and her crew are so kind and fun and I can't wait to come back, with other photography couples or for a personal trip!

100% recommend! Amanda went above and beyond to make our special day, even more special. From the small ceremony in their yurt to the after dog mushing hot cocoa, everything was perfect. The dog musher, Chase, was wonderful. During the whole tour he chatted about the dogs and what each was during. He also stopped many times for us to look at the Aurora. The entire evening was incredible. Will recommend to everyone!

It was a great experience with Chase, the musher. We intend to do this again the next time we come to Fairbanks. The putting the harnesses on the dogs was just fantastic. Wonderful time.
