Disappointing Tour

1.00I can’t even rate this product as our reservation didn’t even show up on the tour group. We were on time for check in with our booking and to see our name was not in the list with the tour guide. We came all the way from Canada and stayed for two days in Seville and missed visiting Alcazar because of the fault of Viator. They couldn’t accommodate us for the Alcazar tour even though we had a confirmed reservation. The response we got from Viator was “Sorry your name didn’t show up on the network so we will refund you the money”. It was just easy for them to say sorry and refund the money but never realized that we travelled all the way from Canada and left Seville without seeing Alcazar. Was a total disappointment. In a situation like this Viator should be able to find an alternate solution to satisfy the customer and not just offer a refund, because time is precious when you are travelling. Someone spending thousands of dollars to travel a small refund is not going to make any difference.

5.00Very informative and entertaining guide. She kept us together, showed us supplemental pictures, she was good at telling jokes, interacting with the small children on our group and she was organized. The tour was perfect time for the brief descriptions our family wanted. If you are into history, deep details, art studies you may want a longer tour. I highly recommend.
