3.00Everything worked out in the end but we only received the confirmation at 9pm the night before. Until then it was unclear whether we would really get tickets or just a refund. This is very unpleasant stress on holiday.

3.00The place is spectacular, worth every step you take. One of the most impressive monuments in the world and its entire history.... You can't miss it. Oh, yeah. If you can find another operator, do it. Total misinformation, until the last moment you do not know if you will be able to enter, they say “if there is no possibility you will be refunded” but at the moment your money is sequestered and you can not value other options. In the same description of the activity says that you have guidance and that you do not, both things. The reality is that no one shows up there or you are quoted anywhere... nor do the Alhambra workers themselves know how Viator works, they say, “uhhh, with these you never know” No one showed up, nor did we see anything, in the end we don't know if there was a guide included or not.
