This is a small group tour, with 10 adult aprox
Once you are assigned to a group, it is not possible to change the language or the starting time of your tour unless Nhue Concierge staff has communicated you previously.
The tickets you will be provided with are special tickets for groups. This means they are assign to the accreditation of your tour guide and they are not valid without such accreditation. Therefore, if you get lost during the tour or you decide to leave the group, you won’t be able to enter any of the different monuments (Gardens, Alcazaba nor Nasrid Palaces). We highly recommend you to follow your tour guide during the course of your tour and not to wander around by yourself.
Please note: the Alhambra requires that all passengers provide the full name, date of birth and passport details for each participant when booking. If not provided, the Alhambra may deny access to their premises.
Travelers are required to wear personal masks and observe social distancing during the experience (1,5 mts)

5.00This premium Alhambra tour was one of the highlights of our trip. With only six people in the group, the experience felt intimate and unrushed. The tour covered the Alhambra, the stunning Nasrid Palaces, and the Generalife gardens. Although I wish I remembered our guide’s name, he was outstanding. The tour was in English, and his ability to read and interpret the Arabic inscriptions throughout the palaces truly set this tour apart. He placed a strong and respectful emphasis on the Arabic Muslim history of the site, which gave us a much deeper understanding of its architecture, symbolism, and cultural importance. This tour was educational, meaningful, and absolutely worth booking.

4.00The Alhambra is one of the great monuments of the world. The history, coupled with incredible architecture make it truly remarkable. The gardens, palace & fortress all have their own unique characteristics- which together are amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable & friendly, she had a very strong accent which made some of her information hard to understand. Either way, the Alhambra is spectacular! Book early to make sure you can visit

2.00We only booked this because all of the general admission tickets were sold out. We were quite disappointed. This is WAY overpriced. The audio system for the guide was terrible and kept having issues for everyone in the group. The guide was very sweet, but her English was difficult to understand. My advice is to just book general admission tickets and walk through on your own. Can be done at a leisurely pace in 1.5 hours, not the 3 hours that the tour consisted of.
Great tour. Get Mar as your guide.

5.00There is so much history about the Alhambra and Granada. Having an in depth tour and guide really helped bring the building, city and history to life. Mar was our guide and the very reason the tour was so good.

1.00The guide Jana was great but the tour company has terrible customer service. TERRIBLE. They sent our tickets with our names and passport numbers to another traveler who has been using our tickets to get into national monuments. When I called to try to get help they simply said it’s not their responsibility and they have never seen this happen.

1.00The tour guide was very young, polite, and respectful, and clearly had good intentions. However, the explanations were not very engaging, and it was sometimes unclear what should be explained or how to present the information in an interesting way. I feel that with more guidance and training—such as knowing where to stop, how long to spend at each spot, and how to deliver explanations more effectively—the experience could be much improved.

5.00The tour was amazing, and our host was so informative. She was casual in her approach while sharing the stories and the history. It never felt like a historian sharing facts and figures. Learned so much from her. The Alhambra was so interesting to see. The three hour tour never felt that long, as time went past so quickly. Well worth the time and money to go on this tour.
