The Alhambra
This is a site you would not want to miss because of its grandeur and historical significance. This palace has been named the most visited monument in Spain, with over two million visitors in 2014. That's even more astounding when you consider the rest of the country's sites.
Nasrid Palaces
The Nasrid Palaces, undoubtedly the most well-known component of the Alhambra, were the formal palace of the Moorish monarchs of Granada. This section alone has a number of elements. Various sultans that occupied the Alhambra throughout the Moorish period of Granada began to add various royal houses to the palaces, completing them into the iconic complex that we know today.
Self Audio Guided: Your entry for Alhambra is between 09:00 - 20:00. Nasrid Palaces will be timed and randomly allocated By Alhambra Management
Nasrid Palace:: Timed Place for Nasrid Palace.: All the palaces can be visited during open hours except for Nasrid Palace.

A complete fiasco! Had reserved tickets for La Alhambra at 2:30 pm , at 12:09 pm, while on the way there from 3 hours away received a message that the reservation was cancelled due to “technical difficulties “. Called tried to rebook, now tickets over $400. Once at La Alhambra received a call from the office at La Alhambra that this reservation was also cancelled. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and my advice book six months in advance directly from La Alhambra. The reservation by Viator was never transmitted to La Alhambra, should I suspect overbooking, which is deceitful and dishonest. While I had a positive experience with the Prado in Madrid, I am done with Viator.

Last minute cancellation by operator. Twice. They just don't have the tickets. Don't fall for it, they email the night (!) before so you won't be able to make other plans or buy other tickets in time.

WARNING ABOUT TICKETS BOUGHT CLOSE TO BOOKING DATE!!! We bought our ticket three days before our trip from Estepona to Granada specifically to see the Alhambra. The booking said there were no cancellations allowed or you pay the full amount. We then booked our hotel. We got an email saying this qr code was not your booking and that they could cancel your booking for any reason in as little as 12 hours from your tour time. So we cancel and we know we need to cancel our hotel within 24 before. We have booked with Viator in at least 6 other countries and have never had a problem. At 9:42 pm the night before our trip we get a message saying our booking has been denied. We are already at the hotel and this is now less than 12 hours before the 9 am tour time. We wrote to Viator pissed off and got a reply from Joe then we get a new qr code with the words today is the big day on top. so we assumed Joe found a ticket for us because why else would we get a QR code and today is the big day email? Up we go by taxi to the Alhambra to be turned away because our ticket is not valid. we spent hotel 135 euros, gas 80, 40 tolls to not see the Alhambra, gardens and the Nasrid palaces. You MUST change this ridiculous non cancel. we only tell you 12 hours before policy.

The audio guide does not exist and they are unresponsive or respond very late if you try to contact them. Yet they charge 3x more the coat. Dont miss Alhambra if youre visiting Granada though. Its a must! Its magnificent. Just plan early- book from the official website so they dont run out of tickets on your planned date. Just dint book from Viator. $69.75 vs Euro18 - they charge more than 3x and dont deliver the advertised audio guide and cannot be responsive because they are not onsite. They are just selling overpriced tickets to you online without anyone trouble shooting onsite.
