The Alhambra
This is a site you would not want to miss because of its grandeur and historical significance. This palace has been named the most visited monument in Spain, with over two million visitors in 2014. That's even more astounding when you consider the rest of the country's sites.
Nasrid Palaces
The Nasrid Palaces, undoubtedly the most well-known component of the Alhambra, were the formal palace of the Moorish monarchs of Granada. This section alone has a number of elements. Various sultans that occupied the Alhambra throughout the Moorish period of Granada began to add various royal houses to the palaces, completing them into the iconic complex that we know today.
Self Audio Guided: Your entry for Alhambra is between 09:00 - 20:00. Nasrid Palaces will be timed and randomly allocated By Alhambra Management
Nasrid Palace:: Timed Place for Nasrid Palace.: All the palaces can be visited during open hours except for Nasrid Palace.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I booked and paid for an Alhambra tour through Viator (operated by Traveltrails), only to be told at 9 pm the night before that it had to be rescheduled. The following day, again at 9 pm, I received an email saying the tour was cancelled altogether because the operator “couldn’t secure tickets.” I travelled to Granada specifically to visit the Alhambra, so this last-minute cancellation completely undermined my trip. The so-called “customer service” was appalling — the US numbers barely connected, and Viator’s own agent was uninterested, put me on hold, and then the line cut off. I was left stranded with no help and no alternative. A refund is the bare minimum — it does not begin to cover the lost opportunity, wasted time, or cost of travelling from London to Spain for an experience that was never delivered. Selling “confirmed” tours without securing tickets is deeply misleading and completely unacceptable. Viator needs to take responsibility for the suppliers it promotes. Until then, I would strongly urge other travellers to avoid this company altogether.

You MUST book early and well in advance. Go to the side near the Palace first and hour or more before your allotted times visit the Towers first and then be in the line for the palace at least 15-20 minutes before you allotted time and give the palace an hour and half to take all in and then walk slowly through the gardens afterwards to the general life part, note if you have your ticket You will also NEED YOUR PASSPORT that you booked with

Bad experience. Poor communication (4 hours spent chatting with a call center) for some simple questions. Viator works with tour operators, and they point to each other. You will receive 10 emails, with confusing information (10 am or 12 pm entrance palace). Hugely high price 97euro for entry for 2 people, while there would be an audio tour. So think three times before booking through Viator

Obviously, disappointed that the church was not open. It was one of the main reasons I was going, but there’s not much you can do about that.
