We were very grateful to get tickets, but I think it would be easier to get official tickets if we didn't have these services in the first place. The Alhambra itself was very vast and it was a place where you could feel a deep history.

Fabulous palace, abysmal customer experience. I turned up at the meeting place 45 minutes in advance as stated (30 mins asked)..... except there is NO meeting point. Ask everywhere but doesn't exist. Then have to walk a long way to the gate. No audio guide given. Why not just tell us to load the app and give a code. Wasted 1 hour. And no you do not need to turn up early. Just arrive at the Justice gate on time, 5 minute line. However, They did get the tickets, so well done. I'll give you that. But customer experience.... really? And chatgpt can act as your guide, no need audio anything.

Booking through Viator was disastrous! Our group booked at the same time, my booking was not accepted. It was only the following day that I successfully completed the booking. As a result, I lost the timeslot for the tour with the other group members. There was no representative of Viator at the entrance, at the ticket office or at ticket control, no one knew this type of booking and our group had great difficulty getting into the Alhambra. No internet access on the premises, some of our group did not have a mobile phone contract that lasted for so many hours of the visit. There are no informative signs in the Alhambra, so we could not inform ourselves about the many sights.

The organization was well-intentioned. I had a lot of problems. There was talk of a meeting point and the time that had to be observed. Many organizers were on site but no one could tell me where this meeting point is (you had named the street but beyond that no one could do anything with it and I least of all. Since I have received headphones for audio use by daren wearer elsewhere on previous occasions, I had now expected similar things and believed to receive them at the meeting point. Since I used public transport for my journey (about 8 km to the Alhambra) I came across circumstances where I had a lot to walk in. So I was sent from one suspected place to another as a meeting place by several tour guides who did not know your undertaking. Before I entered the Alhambra, I had almost reached the limit of my readiness to run. Finally, with the last email - with attached ticket - I received from you, I realized that I could download the audio explanatory notes into my phone. However, I was missing my earphones, which I did not have with me because I rarely use them. Bad luck! The fact that I had to be in an unclearly defined place at a certain time was very annoying to me because I was required to be punctual. But the reason for this was not apparent, because crowds of people were walking around like the chickens. A structure of time-controlled visitor groups was not discernible. An electronic board would have been the easiest. My conclusion was: "If you want to see a lot, you have to walk a lot. I was glad when a taxi finally saw! Now I know about it. Next time, I'm sure I'll get to see the Nasrid palaces, too.

This was sold out and we were able to get tickets for the following day. It was amazing! Thank you so much!
