What To Expect
Entry to the Alhambra Citadel We will begin our journey by passing through the ancient walls of this fortress, uncovering its strategic and historical significance. Visit to the Generalife Gardens We will stroll through the lush Generalife Gardens, a true paradise filled with fountains, courtyards, and breathtaking panoramic views of Granada. Exploration of the Alcazaba We will climb the towers of this ancient fortress to admire stunning views of the city and the Sierra Nevada mountains. Access to the Nasrid Palaces (at your selected time) The highlight of the visit! We will walk through the magnificent Nasrid Palaces, adorned with intricate arabesque decorations, enchanting courtyards, and unique architectural details. We will admire the famous Court of the Lions, a masterpiece of Islamic art. Tour Duration: Approximately 3 hours Important: Entry to the Nasrid Palaces is subject to a scheduled time slot, so it is essential to respect the assigned time.

5.00Left it too late to book normal tickets so paid the big price. Everything worked fine. Tickets arrived about 24 hours before the visit as a WhatsApp pdf attachment. I also requested tickets by email and that pdf also arrived on the day before. Our time was 3.00pm and we found we could enter from 2.45pm. It was easy to go round the Generalife part first and then move to the Nasrid Palace entrance. There is plenty written elsewhere about the place itself.
Wouldn’t pay that much for the tickets again

3.00I was charged $350 for 2 tickets and it just wasn’t worth it. It was worth $100 at most. I knew I was overpaying because I was booking it too late but if I had the choice to do it again I would have skipped it altogether rather than pay that much.

1.00They wrote to us at 1 a.m. on the day of our tour to indicate that there were too many reservations and that they could not provide us with tickets. They didn’t give us any explanation and didn’t give us the option to talk to Customer Service either.
Worth paying the extra for Nasrid place entry.

5.00Fantastic place to visit. Nasrid Palaces were definitely the highlight. We’d left it too late to pre-book normal public tickets so booked them through this company who kept us well informed and sent through the tickets the night before.

1.00We were charged an astronomical amount for two tickets and we were only provided one ticket. It was not made clear that you have to passport information for each person must be provided or they would not provide multiple tickets. We were charged for two tickets and every subsequent email referred to two tickets. When I requested a full refund, I was not provided with it.

5.00Tickets seemed pretty much sold out elsewhere but was able to get through WayGo. They communicated leading up to the trip and our group had an excellent time. Fair warning - your official tickets will not come until the night prior to your visit. All worked out. I highly recommend as Alhambra and the Nasrid Palace were great to see.

1.00DO NOT BOOK WITH WAYGO! They do not deliver tickets. Someone from the company sent an unofficial WhatsApp message less than 24 hours before the tour to inform me that they were unable to secure the tickets and that I should cancel the reservation on my end. Since I refused to cancel, they cancelled the reservation 5-6 hours before my family and I were due to visit. After holding my money for about 2 weeks, I ended up with no tickets from WayGo on the scheduled day of my visit despite prior confirmation. After having flown here from another country and despite previously confirmed reservations, WAYGO DOES NOT DELIVER. Save yourself the trouble and book with someone else. This company should not be endorsed by TripAdvisor.

4.00Alhambra looks very well maintained and impressive how Islamic and Christian culture come together. Even in September it is still busy but doable. I wouldn't go in high season because of the crowds and high temperatures
