I had a good time on this tour with Cathy. She has a lot of knowledge about the warriors and she was always happy to take me and my sister pictures. This made the tour very enjoyable. Having Cathy there made the experience more memorable because I was able to understand and made it very hassle free. She was very sweet and I felt she listened to our needs. The car ride was very comfortable too and very convenient for us. I recommend this tour and I would request Cathy if you can.

We loved this tour, during which we learned a lot about Xi’an’s history thanks to Cathy K our guide who was so knowledgeable and interesting to listen to 🙂. In addition she has been very proactive in trying that we wouldn’t suffer too much from the crowd (as we did this visit on a national holiday). The tour was well balanced between walking and resting time, the restaurant we had lunch into was simple yet really nice and we are happy we got the chance to discover it. We can only warmly recommend this tour ☺️.

We booked this private tour for a party of 3 (two seniors, one adult) and had a wonderful time! Victoria was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor, and spoke English well. On the drive to the Terracotta Warriors, she gave us a history lesson, along with some popular folklore. Once arrived at the site, we were given the option of which pit we wanted to start with. We opted for Pit 1, which was definitely the most impressive. For each Pit, we had free time to explore and take pictures before meeting again to continue the tour. After the Terracotta Warriors, we opted to grab lunch. I told Victoria that we wanted to try the local noodles (biang biang) and she took us to a spot downtown. She helped us order the noodles and other specialities. Everything was absolutely delicious! After we paid for lunch, Victoria offered to pay for her share, which we declined though it was very much appreciated. Next it was off to the City Wall. There are bike and tram options, but we decided to walk from the East Gate to the South Gate. The walk took longer than usual as member in my party was having some foot problems, but Victoria was very patient. Next we headed to the Muslim Quarter. Victoria treated us to her favorite dessert (persimmon cakes) was which a nice surprise. Then we went to view the drum and bell towers - entrance was not included on this tour, although we were given the option to go up the tower if we wanted to. Afterwards, we were driven back to our hotel. The highlight of this tour was definitely the Terracotta Warriors and Victoria herself!
