This is an audio guide tour. You explore independently with the official museum audio guide. There is no live guide inside the museum.
All visitors to the museum are required to show a valid entrance ticket (we will provide separate tickets).
Visitors with a Child/youth ticket are required to show proof of age at the museum entrance.
You can print out your ticket (we provide it separately), but you don’t have to: you can also present your ticket on a mobile device to check at the museum entrance.
You're welcome to take photos of the paintings as long as you do not use a flash, lamps, a tripod, or a selfie stick.
Once you confirm your attendance, you will receive your tickets at least 1 day in advance of the tour's start.
You skip the line to buy tickets. You must still pass the mandatory security check, which can have a line at busy times.
The museum does not allow changes or refunds for dated tickets. For this reason, all sales for this experience are final. Please check your date and time carefully before booking.
The audio guide is collected inside the museum at the information desk
The audio guide is generally recommended from age 13. Younger children can still enter the museum but may not receive an audio device.
How long can I stay inside? As long as you like until closing time. Most visitors spend around 1.5–2 hours.

5.00Definitely worth trip here, as our dream was to be here, and can confirm this museum has a lot to offer, loved 2nd floor where was the most interesting gallery for us. I do not like so much museum but this one was on my list very long time , because i graduated with Gang Gogh, my final exam was about him. Appreciate this company who sent my tickets 3 days in advance so i was sure my entry was confirmed. Thank you

5.00This tour was really nice due to the extremely friendly stuff who helped me to recover my lost tickets during the transfer to the museum. My hotel printed the tickets we received by email, was not sure if there is a connection at the museum so we printed out the tickets, accidentaly lost in taxi on our way. Thank you Daniel, you provided our tickets and saved our day in Amsterdam.

5.00Amazing day in Amsterdam despite weather and cancelled our boat trip due to weather conditions. I booked this as a last minute reservation and all worked as promised, the tour company agent contacted me with providing very detailed instructions and also entry tickets with audio guide info. The museum entry was smooth with audio guide provided made my visit really interesting. Van gogh has very rich collection which is a must see.
Van gogh tour was unforgettable for all of us.

5.00I want to say that this museum was my dream to visit from my childhood, when I graduated, my exam was from Van Gogh museum, his artwork and life. I was very happy my dream come true visiting this museum, i spent here about 3 hours enjoying all his painting and work he left for us. I want recommend afternoon time slot i booked 2pm which was really good and not much crowded. I appreciate that my tickets was sent to email, whatsapp and by sms also. So i felt very safe before my visit started. Thank you

1.00I rated this a 1 star only for the fact of booking through this tour operator. The original tickets cost for youth 0€, here tickets are offered for 30€ for youth. This price is completely overpriced. In addition, it is so that you only get the tickets sent just before so that you supposedly do not sell them before. The day before my visit lots of tickets were released by the museum and I should have spent €0 for youth ticket only I would have to pay 2€ for audio.

5.00My experience at Van Gogh museum was 10 our of 10 or 5 star experience and thats because everything went well as planned and as promised. I was a bit scared about long lines as the Christmas time is very busy for all major attractions across the world, but i had the right ticket , i just passed the security check line and i experienced all floors, and i personally enjoyed most third floor and also bookshop at this floor. Also second floor was interesting for its Paris work , which is stunning. The museum itself is very easy reachable , and the surrounding are is beautiful. I recoomend this tour for any art lover with but i recommend double check ticket which are for exact date AND ARE NOT FLEXIBLE.
