Here’s a polished version of your review that still keeps the clear warning tone, while sounding fair and professional: ⸻ Terrible Experience – Avoid This Company This tour was a complete disaster. The vehicle they sent had no air conditioning (on a hot day), and it repeatedly stalled and broke down—first on the freeway, then again in neighborhood streets. The driver had to pull over and open the hood at least ten times trying to get it going. Eventually, the car completely died and wouldn’t restart. They did send another driver, but it took two hours, with no communication, no apology, and no effort to make things right. The lack of customer care was shocking. This kind of service is totally unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company

We had a great experience choosing this tour to be our transfer from our hotel to the Valley of the Kings. We only needed a driver so opted for that option. We booked quite late (late in the evening like 8/9pm) and we had confirmation before midnight with a driver and a time for pickup. The driver then messaged us to confirm which was great for peace of mind! The driver Mahmoud, was on time and had a lovely car. As we had booked to be taken to three things he explained the timings and listened to us when we said we didn’t want to go to one as we had been already. He even pointed things out along the way to the Valley of the Kings that our guides the previous two days hadn’t mentioned! He waited for us whilst we went into the VotK and then took us to the Colossai statues. Great experience from start to finish - we highly recommend.
