Very interesting experience. The actress really very good, and also very patient in following us during work. Simple but very nice and well maintained setting and atmosphere. You have to be open to something a little different than usual, so you can totally appreciate the experience. Highly recommended!

It was a real one-person theatrical show combined with a lesson on weaving. Arachne is a very patient and gentle teacher. But before the weaving class she unwinds a dramatic history of her weaving competition with the great goddess Athena. The event will captivate both children and adults alike! Arachne also shares some soft drinks and snacks (tea, wholegrain cookies and some chips, no dew or flies!). Of course she meets us in human form and we can help her escape the curse of the jealous goddess! At the end you can take home your own handcrafted colorful talisman, that can serve as an evil-eye repellent or a dreamcatcher if you like - or just be a little part of real Athens to take with you and remind you of the friendly atmosphere of this ancient but very lively city.

This was such a great, unique experience to break up the super hot day in the city. Arachne (a great ancient, talented weaver) was in character from the minute you walk in which was great fun! The performance before weaving really set the scene for us. Arachne was patient and helpful in each step of the weaving process. It was also a lovely environment to get to know other people. I had never weaved before and I am so, so happy with my evil eye! Thank you for the great experience.

An excellent experience all around. The space was very welcoming and the show really draws you into the story. The actress really lived her part. As far as the weaving is concerned, it was a very creative and entertaining activity with a calming effect. The location is great because we combined this outing with a late lunch. I would definitely recommend this interactive performance to anyone visiting Athens, who wants a unique souvenir that you get to create yourself.

Such a lovely experience! The workshop was great - learning how to weave the traditional Greek evil eye combined with the theatrical element made the experience truly unique. The host was a great actress and a patient teacher. You even get to keep the loom at the end as a gift which was a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend!
