Mario was a fantastic instructor and we had a great time learning to make authentic pizza from him! They made the experience fun for everyone, including an 11-year old child and even had a gluten-free pizza available for the person in our party with a dietary restriction. Excellent night! Grazie!

Bruno was fun, energetic, patient and friendly!! Answered all the questions and addressed concerns about the dough process. With classes, experiences vary, I am fortunate that the Chef and fellow classmates were outgoing and friendly! It really made it awesome fun memorable experience, from start to finish!!
