This was a super fun activity to do with the family. Full training and guidance provided, made it a fulfilling experience. Giuseppe, our host, trainer and experienced pizziola made the whole experience a lot of fun and entertaining. Met other guests enjoying the experience too. Enjoyed a delicious fresh appetiser and drink to accompany our freshly made pizza.

Marco was great - affable, congenial, a jokester, great at his craft. Super patient and helped us all learn how to work well with dough. Would totally take another class with him again. Also, appreciated that our initial kitchen experiments went to help the homeless before we shaped more pizza for ourselves.

The chefs made this easy. They helped me and my daughter with how to knead, how roll the dough, etc. They pointed out when we needed more. The chefs were fun too; they joked and kept it interesting. If you're wondering about letting the dough rise, we mixed dough from the beginning. Then when we got to the part where to dough should rise, they took that dough to make bread for charity and replaced it with risen dough. I didn't miss out on any part of pizza making. I'm glad I did this.

This was such an amazing experience last year for my 30th Birthday, I learnt how to make pizza, and was able to eat it after with a drink. The teacher was very knowledgeable, and kept us all entertained whilst learning.
