A unique and educational tour while discovering our wonderful world along the famous Saguenay St. Lawrence Marine Park. At the guided tour, Nationnal Park, charming villages, imposing landscapes, warm people and so much more.
This tour includes transportation in a 24 passenger minibus with guide and the entry free to the Park Saguenay (Anse-de-Tabatière, the 7th most beautiful view in Canada). Boarding for this tour is in the port area of La Baie (Saguenay) 2 minutes walk from your ship at the dock. Note that a guide will accompany you throughout the trip, to provide animation and interpretation of various themes: the history of settlement along the banks of the Saguenay, the concepts of National Park Saguenay and the Saguenay-St Lawrence, the geological history of the Saguenay Fjord.
Our booth of brown color and blue roof clearly identified (Saguenay Guided Tours). It is directly on the port area within max 5 minutes walk of your cruise ship.

La Pyramide des Ha! Ha!
Theme: La Baie (heritage sector) - Business town. Interpreted tour of *workman's road* and the high-end executive neighbourhood remaining from the defunct Consolidated Bathurst (once a paper factory). Discover different architectures and learn how Saguenay was first developed / Theme: History and Heritage. Visit Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean’s historic cradle and memorial sites: Monument des 21, Ha! Ha! Pyramid. At this point our guide will inform you about colonization and other relevant facts.

5.00WOW, I didn't even know how to pronounce Saguenay let alone think I was even going to have that great of a time there. I was blown away by the beauty and history of your area. Our tour guide Marie was just awesome, she made our tour so special. I loved the stops that we did, the Fjords are just breathtaking. The covered bridge was super fun and a great photo op. Our lunch stop was perfect and a little beach across the way that I walked on. I loved the thought of a ski resort up the hill and seeing fishing huts as you ski. I might have to come back to experience that. Marie made our day great even in the rain and made us wanting to come back for more.

2.00The guide was inexperienced. When questions were asked by passengers she didn’t repeat it and most of the time unless you were close to the passenger you had no idea what the question was. We were not given enough time to get lunch. She didn’t appear sensitive to the age of the passengers. Not enough filler information during the long drive. When we stopped at the covered bridge she didn’t impart any information as we walked around. Another tour was their at the same time and I learned more from overhearing that guide.

1.00None .. dreadful experience with Saguernay tours manager …. We didn’t get to do tour because he was so disorganised !! Ended up being refunded which he was reluctant to do . Appalling experience … would only speak to us in French as his English was so bad

5.00The tour was on time and directions made it easy to find. Bus was comfortable and driver very accommodating. Washroom stops. The guide was very knowledgeable. Beautiful scenery. We loved the National Park and learning about the Fjord.
