Pre-Arrival Reminder A day before your arrival, we’ll send a reminder to reconfirm your flight details and ensure everything is on schedule. Arrival & Meeting Point Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), proceed to the arrival hall. For international flights: Pass through immigration and customs, then head to the main arrival area. For domestic flights: Exit the terminal directly to the pickup zone. Your driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name. Meet & Assist The driver will greet you, help with your luggage, and guide you to the vehicle parked nearby. Comfortable Transfer Enjoy a safe and comfortable ride in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle. Bottled water is provided for your convenience. Drop-off at Destination You’ll be dropped off directly at your hotel, villa, or chosen destination in Bali. The driver will assist with your bags and ensure you’ve arrived safely.
