1.00Driver did not show up, I had to get a taxi. Contacted provider and have had no response or refund. Would not recommend.

1.00Do not use this driver. We got through customs and walked the line for the driver services. Ours was not there. All others had their passenger names on signs. We checked for ours and spoke to other services to help us locate our. We went to the information desk and they paged the driver and service several times and no one showed up. The desk then phoned their contact number and it was out of service. I contacted Viator immediately at the airport and asked for a refund because we had to take another service. They stated, after their investigation they could not refund us. What investigation? Talk to the driver? I won’t use Viator again.
