Disastrous Private Yacht Charter Experience

1.00The trip was a diaster. From the substitute boat then was portrayed in the Viator listing to the unclear boat to we never made it to Nusa Penida to no wifi or soft drinks as advertised. We boat often and this was the roughest ride ever as we thought the boat was going to flip over and we were tossed around and most of us in the party were injured. We request a refund or some credit.
