Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving. If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

The Assistant in a blue uniform (with a sign displaying your name) will meet you at the plane exit after the air-bridge. The guide will wait until all passengers disembark. Guide will remain with you until arrivals exit.

5.00My guide was waiting for me as I exited plane. She had sign with my name. Guided me through immigration, to luggage pickup. Then walked me all the way to "Grab" pickup location and made sure I had it booked. I've always had wonderful service with me and will continue using them

5.00Upon arrival I walked into terminal and she was waiting for me and had a card in hand with my name. Guided me all the way to Customs then waited until I was done. which as usual took about 10 min. the lines for those not using customs was quite long. Once I cleared was guided to my luggage. Went with me all the way to exit and wanted to wait until my friend picked up. That is called exceptional service
