A very pleasant whole day tour. We spent the day contemplating waterfalls and beautiful landscapes along the route. The Steinsdasfossen waterfall wasn't as big as I thought it was, but I liked walking behind it. The walk in the national park was very quiet, trail along the river. The lake is beautiful, with that milky green color. Two ferry crossings, one on the way and one on the way, and there's a snack in there. Our guide Alexa was very attentive and gave accurate explanations.

Scam. I was 15min early to the meeting point & no one ever showed up. The number was disconnected & the “chat” option never led to a response. Viator was unable to contact the company as well. I requested a refund through Viator, but there’s nothing they can do if the company disconnected their number. My first negative experience booking through Viator, out of probably 100 previous tours. Very upsetting

Everything was great! The nature was beautiful! We took a lot of photos. The seats on the bus were comfortable, it was hot outside, but the bus had air conditioning.

We saw beautiful scenery all day, including while we were at the national park. We made a couple of extra stops along the way, which was nice. The hike was not strenuous, which was good for us. Our guide, Salome, was very knowledgeable, talked almost all day, and we learned a lot from her. We recommend this trip!

Enjoyed the itinerary: the sightseeing by bus, taking the ferries on the fjord, hiking to the glacier lake, picnic, walking behind a waterfall… Our guide Alexa, yes, that’s her real name, was amazing, so many tales of Norway we heard, and our bus driver was cool as a cucumber on those narrow roads and through the tunnels, skilled, reliable, and very impressive. Overall highly recommend

We met Marcelina our tour guide at the meeting point and the small tour was ready to go, departing around 10.00am. Just over the hour and we are at our first waterfall, the small cascades of Morkholsfossen, just a short drive down the road to Fossen Bratte a higher waterfall. Around lunchtime a short stop in Norheimsund for a toilet break, just over an hour down the road we get to Steinsdalsfossen and the stunning view you see advertising this very tour. You can get up close and go behind this waterfall, the real highlight of the tour. Then a drive back to Bergen, all in all not a bad way to spend six hours.

Sam, the tour guide was amazing. She is so knowledgeable, funny and so helpful. Her and Remi, the driver, work well together. We felt quite comfortable on the trip and she made sure we did not miss anything on the trip. Really enjoyed the trip in-spite of the rain - especially in a country that rains around 250 days a year. I definitely would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bergen.
