We sail to the destination for bioluminescence, on our way, the sunset will paint the sky warm colors perfect for photographs, also before arriving at our destination we will visit islets where several birds nest and live in harmony. When you arrive at the beach you will have time to relax in its emerald waters: warm and quiet like a natural pool. While enjoying snacks and hydration, you’ll get ready for the big show. As night falls, bioluminescence awakens. We give you a complete explanation while playing with these natural lights that illuminate the water with each movement. What To Expect
Puntarenas
Before the Bioluminescence activity, in the boat you will delight the view with sunset, from Puntarenas, the sunset is a spectacle and by boat, even more.
Isla San Lucas
At one of the best beaches in Isla San Lucas National Park, you will take advantage of the time before nightfall to bathe in a calm beach, a natural pool to enjoy, with water, tropical fruits, cookies and sodas to accompany. Once night falls the fusion begins, the algae begin to show their chemical reaction that teaches us in the form of lights, a spectacle that can be described as "magical".

5.00This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Costa Rica. We were on the water for the sunset, we were able to see various birds on the islands, historical mini tour of the San Lucas Prison, and our guide Olger and captain were excellent. The bioluminescent piece was amazing and this seems to be a great time of year for it. Fees were appropriate for amount of time on the water. We were out about 2.5 hours.
STOP - you will not be disappointed - join this amamazing trip :) :) :)

5.00We went on a work conference to Costa Rica and joined the tour after recommendations from locals in Costa Rica. The trip was amazing in so many ways - great company with other tourists from Mexico, Venezuela, Chile, Guatemala, Peru, and the United States. We couldn't have had a better guide - it's a magical place to visit in this season as all of the islands are completely green and lush and low tourist season. The bioilluminous bay was nothing short of magical - as the tour guide said, it's time to return to our youth and play like kids! Highly recommend this company, staff, and even food afterward - great potions that will leave you full and happy!

5.00The best experience, in addition to the tour show you and make a brief explanation of the Islands, their biodiversity, their history. Coco's Tours gave us a wonderful experience and we felt like children playing with bioluminescence, as well as having the opportunity to enjoy a spectacular sunset.

5.00Excellent service, an unmatched experience. We did a day tour on Turtle Island and Bioluminescence night. The treatment of the tour operators was personalized, they looked for a way to make us appreciate the wonders of the Pacific, turtles, dolphins and whales. They cared about our safety all the time. Even in the snorkel we were first timers. Delicious food, which was included in our tour. Are doubtless I would travel again and recommend to my acquaintances.

Welcoming warm and professional, a very well organized tour, our guide Olger was great: friendly, easy to communicate with him, transmits his rich knowledge and full of good advice. Thanks also to the captain of the boat. We toured the different islands and saw many birds, had a great time on a small beach just for us with fruit and drinks then enjoy the bioluminescence: magical and incredible moment: there were so many and the water was hot to swim. There were even masks and snorkels to enjoy the show underwater. We were then able to shower and enjoy a delicious dinner at coco's restaurant!! I highly recommend this tour thank you again for this very nice evening

5.00Very nice experience. Mario, the owner, welcomed us warmly. He is very friendly. During the activity, we learned a lot with our OJ guide on birdlife in Puntarenas and Costa Rica. The boat ride is very safe and takes us through the protected islands where you can observe several types of birds including a colony of pelicans. Afterwards, we go to a secluded beach to cool off with snacks and fruits while waiting for the sunset. When night falls, one can observe the unique spectacle of bioluminescence. Of all beauty!!! We highly recommend this activity. We ended the evening at Isla Coco’s, Mario’s restaurant. Great Mood and excellent food.
