  We had a great time with Aifric doing the distillery tour and mixing our own gin! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great time and Park's products are amazing.

  We had a great WhiskyTour with Annie - super informative and enthusiastic about the entire whisky process. Annie provided what I would call a guided tasting, so we were able to see (and taste!) the variations across the various rye and whisky tastings. Loved the tour and explanation of the whole process and how the whisky is actually made. Well worth booking, and if you can book dinner right after - perfect!

  I only did the free distillery tour with the paid whiskey tasting but did not “upgrade” to the Blend your own Gin as I am not a gin drinker. I first encountered Park Distillery 6 years ago whilst on a family Christmas holiday in Banff and fell in love with their Maple Rye Whiskey. Unfortunately they do not ship to Australia or USA so I had to come back to Banff. Unfortunately it did not live up to our memories. The “free” distillery tour was a bit perfunctory with a very effervescent guide but it was underwhelming. The paid whiskey tasting was ok but could have done with a bit more “gravitas”. Banff itself was disappointing due to the crowds and this was supposedly shoulder season. I would hate to see it in peak season. I fear, like a lot of major tourist sites, it is a victim of its own success.

  Grace and Annie amazing, they were very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot about the process of making their in house spirits. The tasting afterwards was fantastic. All of their spirits are great quality with well rounded flavour. Definitely check out the tour and tasting if you’re in the area.
